Peter Moran and Katerina Pshenichner recently presented at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law’s CPD Conference on the topic of Contract Law – Case Law and Recent Developments.  Topics covered were the new ipso facto reforms relating to companies going into administration; the unfair contracts laws for small business contracts and several decisions relating to the termination of contracts for anticipatory breach and breach of an intermediate term.
